Viva La Vita is my hand painted acrylic painting on wood panel, with a custom floater frame.
This pieces I painted after visiting Fridas home in Mexico City. The painting depicts Frida from a photo I took of her in her home, and compiled other references to complete this piece, along with adding details in the back ground that mimic Fridas actual paintings. The strong cobalt blue color is to represent her Casa Azul.
